Owner / The Brains Behind Tail Tapping Antics

“Hi, I’m Angela, and I am the brains behind Tail Tapping Antics. I’ve had dogs since I was a tiny tot, and have always loved animals.  My family will describe me as Animal and dog mad.   I’m currently owned by a 2 Standard Poodles called Tigi & Dougal, an Irish Water Spaniel called Eve, and 3 rescue cats. I absolutely love my job, and enjoy meeting new canine friends, and people.  Helping to improve training standards & health and welfare of pets.”

“I have completed a City & Guilds in Canine Studies at Myerscough College, where I then continued to train to be a dog groomer for a year, obtaining a professional ABC Awards Certification.  From then I graduated from Bishop Burton College with a FdSc degree in Canine Behaviour and Training.  Currently continuing with my Bsc. I have worked hard over the last 7 years to maintain the highest form of education to allow me to give correct and up to date advice.  I am a member of the APDT (Association of Pet Dog Trainers) I have been assessed to a strict criteria in order to gain membership.  Member No: 01087″

Helen  – Professional Dog Groomer

“Hi, I’m Helen and I am owned by a Cocker Spaniel called Millie and a Lancashire Heeler called Harry and two cheeky cats. When I’m at work you can usually find me in the salon, grooming dogs making them look and smell beautiful.  Or in the shop greeting and helping customers to find everything they and their fluffy friends need.  I’m thoroughly enjoying the new challenge of looking after the grooming salon, but still love going out on the walks when I can.  There is nothing better than seeing happy smiley customers and very Tail Tapping dogs leaving the salon, and knowing our small team has worked together to create their smiles. 🙂 “

Louise – Professional Dog Walker

Hi, I’m Louise, all though I’m not owned by any dogs, they have been a part of my life for over 20 years.  Before coming to work for Tail Tapping Antics I have worked with animals for the past 19 years, and enjoyed every minute of it.  My job with Tail Tapping Antics involves me taking the lovely dogs we have out for a walk whilst their owners are at work.  It’s lovely to see the reaction you get when you go through the door into their homes.  Because they are as happy to see me as I am them! I love my job because each day is different.  I’m looking forward to what the future holds working for a fantastic company, like Tail Tapping Antics.
