Terms & Conditions of the “Win 1 Years Supply of dog food”

1. Open to UK residents aged 18 and over only, excluding employees of Tail Tapping Antics or Arovit Pet Foods Ltd, their immediate families, agents and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
2. This competition is available online, via text message or email, for which no purchase is necessary to enter. To enter the competition, participants should complete their details (including a valid email address) on the online entry form at http://www.tailtappingantics.co.uk and submit their entry. Or by email to info@tailtappingantics.co.uk, or by text message on: 07968 248 698, or by post to; Tail Tapping Antics, Unit 2, Coppull Enterprise Centre, Mill Lane, Coppull, Chorley, PR7 5BW.  Only one entry per person. Incomplete entries received) will be rejected.
3. Entries must be completed and received no later than midnight on 30^th September. Only fully completed entries submitted prior to the closing time/date will be accepted.
4. First prize is a year’s supply of  H-Allergen Hypoallergenic Pet food either Puppy, Ault or senior, depending upon the dogs age.  1 years supply is the amount of food which is necessary to feed a dog as calculated by Arovit pet foods Ltd.
5. The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed or fail to be received due to technical, network or other difficulties beyond the Promoter’s control. Proof of sending does not constitute proof of delivery. Automated/bulk entries and entries from third parties will be disqualified.
6. The 1 years supply of dog food will be awarded at random from the fully completed entries. Tail Tapping Antics reserves the right to reject or edit any inappropriate content submitted by entrants.
7. The winners will be selected on date 31^st October 2010.
8. The winner will be notified within 14 days of the prize draw either by telephone, letter or by email. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of the prize draw, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
9. The prize is as stated, is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. The Promoter reserves the right to award an alternative prize of equal or greater value, should the advertised prize or any part of it become unavailable for any reason.
10. The result of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. 12. The winner may be required to take part in related publicity.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties.

15. The prize draw and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes.
