Returns and Refunds Policy.

Thank you for shopping with Tail Tapping Antics. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns:

  • You have 14 calendar days to return an item to us from the day you received it.

  • To be eligible for return, the item must be in its original packaging, unopened and in re-saleable condition.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be returned with your item.

  • We cannot by law, accept the returns of any hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, or medicines including all flea treatments and wormers.

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

  • Any return which does not meet the above conditions will not be refunded or replaced.

Refunds (If applicable):

  • Once we receive your item and it has been inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You will also be notified on the approval or rejection of a refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will process a refund (to your original method of payment).

  • All returned items are subject to a re-stocking fee of 10%. This will be deducted from your refund.

  • Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately sale items are not eligible for refund.

Exchanges (If applicable):

  • We only replace items that are defective or damaged during shipping.

  • If you receive your item damaged, call us right away on (01257) 233644.

  • Next email a photo of the item in its packaging to us at info@tailtappingantics.co.uk

  • Return the item to us at the Returns address above.

  • We will despatch a replacement once the damaged item is received. (Depending on stock levels, the time it takes to despatch your replacement item may vary).
